At the invitation of Sophia University, H.E. Ambassador Chea Kimtha attended as an honorable guest and delivered a speech at the “Reception of the Ramon Magsaysay 2017”, held on 6^th November 2017 at Hotel New Otani, to congratulate Prof. Yoshiaki Ishizawa, Director of the Sophia Asia Center for Research and Human Development, for receiving the award of “Ramon Masaysay 2017”.

Prof. Yoshiaki Ishizawa was conferred the award of “Ramon Masaysay 2017” for his contribution to conservation and restoration of Cambodia’s Angkor Wat Temple for more than 20 years.
