On 05 December 2017, H.E. Senior Minister Prak Sokhonn led a delegation to pay an official visit to the Republic of the Philippines and co-chair the Second Meeting of Cambodia-the Philippines Joint Commission for Bilateral Cooperation (JCBC) from 05-07 December 2017, at the invitation of the Honourable Alan Peter S. Cayetano, Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Philippines.
