In the morning of 21 December 2017 at the ministry, H.E. Senior Minister Prak Sokhonn and H.E. Xiong Bo, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to the Kingdom of Cambodia, signed the Agreement on the Cooperation on Projects of the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation Special Fund with total budget of USD 7,315,908 for the implementation of 16 Cambodian Projects.
