On 19 February 2018, H.E. Ms. Chea Kimtha, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to Japan, attended and delivered an opening remark at “Cambodia Investment Forum”, which was organized by the Council for the Development of Cambodia in cooperation with the ASEAN-Japan Centre, with a very presence of H.E. Mr. Sok Chenda Sophea, Minister attached to the Prime Minister, Secretary General of the Council for the Development of Cambodia.

While emphasizing 2018 as the year to mark the 65th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between Cambodia and Japan in her opening speech, H.E. Ambassador took note with satisfaction of an increasing number of Japanese companies in Cambodia and remarkable figures of Japanese tourists visiting in Cambodia in recent years and called for more investments in the country.
