On 15 July 2018, H.E. Senior Minister Prak Sokhonn offered preah vosa candles to Chhoung Leap Preah Sihanouk Raja Pagoda and met with 650 people living in Rokar Kpous Commune of Sa Ang District. He also visited a site to build a kindergarten in Prek Treng Village.​​ Afterwards, H.E. Senior Minister proceeded to Sethabo Commune of Sa Ang District to offer preah vosa candles to Sethabo Pagoda, meeting  with 400 people as well as review a request to rebuild a fragile building of Hun Sen Sethabo Primary School.
