Mr. Dmitry TSVETKOV, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Kingdom of Cambodia, planted the Friendship Tree to mark the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Cambodia and Russia at Peace Palace on May 12, 2016.
