On 27 September 2018, in New York at the sideline of the 73rd UNGA, H.E. Mr. Kan Pharidh, Secretary of State, ASEAN SOM Leader of Cambodia and representative of H.E. Deputy Prime Minister, attended the ASEAN Foreign Ministers with the United States of America. The Meeting was co-chaired by H.E. Mr. Saleumxay Kommasith, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Lao PDR, and the Hon. John Sullivan, Deputy Secretary of State of the Department of State of the United States of America.
