On 27 September 2018, H.E. Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn met his Estonian counterpart H.E. Mr. Sven Mikser, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia, on the sidelines of the 73rd UN General Assembly in New York. Both ministers had a productive discussion and identified key prospective spheres of bilateral cooperation.
