On 28 September 2018, on the sidelines of the 73rd UN General Assembly in New York, H.E. Mr. Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Armenia, and I signed MoU on Establishment of Bilateral Consultation between the two countries' foreign ministry. This regular mechanism would help both countries to unlock potential areas of cooperation and to exchange views on issues of common interests.
