H.E. Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn delivered his Opening Speech for the Consultation Meeting between the Royal Government and the Foreign Non-Governmental Organisations on 29 January 2019. The Consultation Meeting was chaired by H.E. Mr. Luy David, Secretary of State of the MFA.IC. Around 600 participants from many FNGOs locating in Cambodia took part actively during the consultative session.
