On 25 March 2019, Cambodia chaired the 71st Plenary Meeting of the UNGA73 focusing on the commemoration of the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination and the Report of the Fifth Committee on “the Appointment of members of the Committee on Contributions” at the UN Headquarters.
