Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia was conferred the title of Honorary Professor of International Relations by Beijing University during his visit to China from 25 to 29 April 2019. In this auspicious occassion, H.E. Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn, presented Samdech Techo Prime Minister a bunch of flower in congratulating this noble title.
