At the invitation of His Excellency Wang Yi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China,His ExcellencyPRAK Sokhonn, Senior Minister, Minister of ForeignAffairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia,will lead a delegation to attend“the 5th Meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA)”to beheld from 27to 28 April 2016 in Beijing,the People’s Republic of China.
\r\nThe meeting will focus on mutual reinforcement of security and development, enhancement of international cooperation on combating terrorism and implementation of Confidence Building Measures in various areas within CICA framework.
\r\nThe meeting is expected to adoptthe “Declaration of the 5th Meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia.”
\r\nThe conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measure in Asia (CICA) is an inter-governmental forum for enhancing cooperation towards promoting peace, security and stability in Asia. CICA was established in 14 September 1999 and has 26 member states, 7 observer states, and 4 observer organizations.
