In the morning of 04 May 2019, at the Embassy of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam to the Republic of Turkey, Mr. Heng Sophea, Chargé d’Affaires of the Royal Embassy of Cambodia to the Republic of Turkey, signed the condolence book for the late H.E. Mr. LE DUC ANH, former President of Viet Nam, who passed away on 22 April 2019.
