In the morning of 24 April 2019, Mr. Heng Sophea, Chargé d’Affaires of the Royal Embassy of Cambodia to the Republic of Turkey, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Tran Quang Tuyen, Vietnamese Ambassador to the Republic of Turkey and Chairman of the ASEAN Ankara Committee at his residence, and informed him the preparation for setting up the new office of the Royal Embassy of Cambodia to the Republic of Turkey.
