On the morning of 31 May 2019, H.E. Mr. Ouch Borith, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, signed condolent book at the Royal Thai Embassy of the late H.E. Mr. Prem Tinsulanonda, former Prime Minister of Thailand during the 1980s and President of the Privy Council, who passed away on 26 May 2019 at the age of 98.
