On 31 May 2019 H.E. Mr. Ngoun Sokveng, Ambassador of Cambodia to Singapore received the high level visit of the Ministry of Defense led by Samdech Pichey Sena Tea Banh to attend the Shangri-La Dialogue 2019. Shangri-La Dialogue is the annual forum for leaders, Ministers and Senior Officials to debate the region’s most pressing security challenges, engage in important bilateral talks and come up with solutions together.
