On June 12, 2019, H.E. Mr.  KHUON Phon Rattanak, Cambodian Ambassador to Egypt, met with H.E. Mr. Hany Selim, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs of Egypt for Asia and ASEAN Affairs, to hand over 3 MoUs between Cambodia and Egypt: MoU on Bilateral Consultation, MoU on Visa Exemptions for Diplomatic and Service Passports, and MoU on Cultural Cooperation. His Excellency Assistant Minister fully supported and welcomed the three memoranda and agreed to speed up the signing of the documents.
