On the morning of 9 July 2019, H.E. Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn received a courtesy call from 24 recipients of Japanese Grant Aid for Human Resources Development Scholarship (JDS) for 2019, at the Ministry. During the meeting, H.E.
