On 26 July 2019, H.E. Mr. Ung Rachana, Cambodian Ambassador​ ​to Japan, attended the opening of Honorary Consulate of Cambodia in Miyagi province with the office in Sendai city, Japan. In that event, H.E. Tekreth Samrach, Delegate Minister Attached to the Prime Minister, H.E. Tho Samnang, Director General of the Ministry’s General Department of Legal, Consular and Border Affairs, Mr. Shinya Endo, Deputy Governor of Miyagi, and Mr. Shinichi Takahashi, Deputy Mayor of Sendai, were also in presence.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
