On 29-30 August 2019, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, led a delegation to attend the celebration of the 20th Anniversary of the Referendum of self-determination of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste in Dili, Timor-Leste.
