On 13 October 2019, Her Excellency Soeung Rathchavy, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the United Kingdom, organized the Commemoration of the 7th Anniversary of the Passing of His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah NORODOM SIHANOUK “PREAH BOROM RATANAK KAUDH”, the Late King-Father of Cambodia. The ceremony was attended by around 70 members of the Cambodian Community including students from different cities of the United Kingdom as well as diplomatic staff of the embassy.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
