On 15 October 2019, the Royal Embassy of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Kingdom of Belgium organized the Commemoration of the 7th Anniversary of the Passing of His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah NORODOM SIHANOUK “PREAH BOROM RATANAK KAUDH”, the Late King-Father of Cambodia. The ceremony was attended by His Excellency Sok Siphana, Senior Advisor to the Royal Government of Cambodia, His Excellency Luy David, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and delegation as well as diplomatic staff of the embassy.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
