On 22 October 2019, H.E. KE Sovann, Representative and Ambassador of the Permanent Mission of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the United Nations in New York, received a courtesy call by His Excellency Zhang Jun​, newly-appointed Ambassador and Permanent Representative of the People’s Republic of China to the United Nations.
