On 22 November 2019, His Excellency CHAY Navuth, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, received a courtesy call by H.E. Mr. John MCCULLAGH, Ambassador of Ireland to Cambodia with resident in Hanoi. During the meeting, H.E.
