On 02 December 2019, His Excellency Cheuy Vichet, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to Malaysia, paid a courtesy calls on His Excellency Charles C. H Jose, Ambassador of the Philippines to Malaysia. During the meeting, both sides discussed and exchanged information on activities of the embassies within framework of the embassies of ASEAN and observation on economic and political development in Malaysia and important events taking place in ASEAN in 2020.\r\n\r\nHis Excellency Ambassador also explained the recent political developments concerning the failure of the regime change plot through undemocratic means of a small extremist politician group which the Cambodian court has issued arrest warrants. H.E Ambassador also informed of Cambodia’s preparation for hosting the ASEM13 Summit in Phnom Penh in 2020.\r\n\r\n
