On 12 December 2019, His Excellency Ambassador​ NOM Piseth, Head Of Mission of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the European Union, received a courtesy call and had a discussion with H.E. Mr. Makita SHIMOKAWA, new Ambassador of Japan to Belgium and NATO at the Royal Embassy of the Kingdom of Cambodia in Brussels.
