Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, will lead a high delegation to pay an official visit to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam from 20 to 21 December 2016 at the invitation of His Excellency Nguyen Xuan Phuc, Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam.
His Excellency TEA Banh, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of National Defense and His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn, Senior Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, will accompany Samdech Techo Prime Minister along with the following dignitaries:
- His Excellency VAR Kim Hong, Senior Minister in charge of Border Affairs;
- His Excellency OUK Rabun, Minister of Rural Development;
- His Excellency SUY Sem, Minister of Mines and Energy;
- His Excellency PAN Sorasak, Minister of Commerce;
- His Excellency VENG Sakhon, Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries; and
- Other members of the Royal Government of Cambodia.
During the visit, Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN will hold bilateral talks with His Excellency Nguyen Xuan Phuc, and pay separate courtesy calls on His Excellency Nguyen Phu Trong, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Viet Nam, His Excellency Tran Dai Quang, President of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, and Her Excellency Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, Chairwoman of National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam.A number of Agreements/MoUs are expected to be signed by Ministers of the Royal Government of Cambodia and their Vietnamese counterparts. Besides, Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN will receive courtesy calls by Cambodia-Viet Nam Friendship Association, Ho Chi Minh City leaders, Vietnamese veterans and family members as well.
