In the morning of 11 June 2021, His Excellency Dr. Nhim Khemara, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, chaired the second virtual meeting on the implementation of "Economic Diplomacy Strategy 2021-2023”, with participation from all Cambodian heads of mission abroad and representatives from Cambodia Chamber of Commerce.
