On the  of 28 November 2022, His Excellency Dr. CHEM Widhya, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, has received Her Excellency Astrid Emilie Helle, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Norway to the Kingdom of Cambodia,​ at the Ministry after Her Excellency Astrid Emilie Helle has presented the Letters of Credence to His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath NORODOM Sihamoni, King of Cambodia, on the morning of 28 November 2022. Both sides reaffirmed their commitments to further strengthen the bilateral relations and cooperation in both bilateral and multilateral frameworks. Both sides also exchanged views on regional, and international issues of common interests.
