On the afternoon of 27 March 2023, at Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo, His Excellency KUNG Phoak, Secretary of State and ASEAN SOM Leader of Cambodia had a bilateral meeting with His Excellency YAMADA Shigeo, Senior Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan and Japan’s SOM Leader for ASEAN.

The Meeting exchanged views on existing cooperation and ways forward under ASEAN-Japan Dialogue Relations and discussed also Cambodia-Japan bilateral relations.
