On 31 October 2023, His Excellency KER Vicseth, Under Secretary of State of Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a courtesy call by Mr. TANINAI ICHITOMO, Deputy Chief of Mission of the Embassy of Japan to the Kingdom of Cambodia, at the Ministry.

The discussion focused on long-term cooperation and bilateral relations between Cambodia and Japan, especially on the implementation of the two countries' international law.
