On 26 December 2023, Her Excellency KHIEV Sophany, Secretary of State for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, chaired a meeting with the presence of Director-Generals, Inspector-General, and Directors of Departments within the Ministry. The purpose is to exchange views, gather critical inputs, and identify additional strategic actions for the ongoing reform in human resource and financial domains, further turbocharging the effectiveness and making a tangible contribution to the government’s Pentagonal Strategy.
