On 11-12th July 2024, Her Excellency Mrs. TOUCH Sopharath, Under Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and ASEF (Asia Europe Foundation) Governor for Cambodia attended the 45th ASEF Board of Governors’s meeting in Bali, Indonesia. 

During the meeting, the 45th ASEF Governor made decisions on a number of reports, including the ASEF Secretariat's working report, the ASEF 3-year strategy, and the financial and human resources report. The meeting also discussed the promotion of collaboration and exchanges between Asia and Europe in the areas of culture, education, governance and sustainable development.
