On 12 September 2024, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister Sok Chenda Sophea, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and His Excellency Huot Hak, Minister of Inspection signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Cooperation for Training on Diplomacy and International Relations between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the Ministry of Inspection. 

The MoU underlines the important role of the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations in developing training programs for leaders and officials of the Ministry of Inspection. His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister Sok Chenda Sophea further emphasized that the cooperation aims to foster capacity-building and human resource development for government officials in line with the Royal Government of Cambodia’s Pentagonal Strategy Phase I.
