On 17 October 2024, His Excellency KAN Pharidh, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a courtesy call by Mrs. Kheng Sisary, Country Director of Exceed Worldwide, Foreign Non-Governmental Organization in Cambodia.

During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on the promotion of people with disabilities to participate in all activities in society like able-bodied persons through the support of wheelchairs and prosthetics and small businesses for families with disabilities. Furthermore, the promotion of education by sending children with disabilities and kids whose parents have disabilities to access education at school and support study materials, as well as technical training of manufacturing artificial limbs to national and international pupils. Both sides were also committed to further strengthening cooperation in the future.
