On 17 October 2024, His Excellency KHUON Phon Rattanak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received His Excellency Anatoly Borovik, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Cambodia, at the Ministry to discuss progress of bilateral cooperation between Cambodia and Russia in order to prepare for the upcoming 11th meeting of the Intergovernmental Cambodian-Russian Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation. Both sides also exchanged views on regional and international issues of common concerns.
