On behalf of His Excellency SOK Chenda Sophea, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, on 17 October 2024, His Excellency SEA Kosal, Permanent Secretary of State, received a courtesy call by the Cambodian youth delegation participating in the 48th Ship for Southeast Asian and Japanese Youth Program (SSEAYP) 2024 from 4 November to 11 December 2024 in Indonesia, Viet Nam and Japan.
