On 15 January 2025, His Excellency Mr. MEAS Kim Heng, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, had a meeting with Ms. Bridget Collier, Deputy Head of Mission of the Australian Embassy to Cambodia, at the Ministry. During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on the Mekong-Australia Partnership Program (MAP), Cambodia's priorities and Australia's proposed one-off Mekong-Australia Senior Officials’ Meeting (SOM), which is planned to be held in late March of this year.
