On 3–5 February 2025, H.E. KUNG Phoak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, ASEAN SOM Leader, and Cambodia’s Eminent Person for the High-Level Task Force on ASEAN Community’s Post-2025 Vision, led the delegation to the 21st HLTF-ACV Meeting in Manila, the Philippines. The Meeting further deliberated on key documents pertaining to the ASEAN Community Vision 2045, to ensure their timely adoption at the 46th ASEAN Summit.
The HLTF-ACV also exchanged views with the Chair of the High-Level Task Force on ASEAN Economic Integration (HLTF-EI), the Co-Chairs of the Ad Hoc Working Group on the Development of the ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community (ASCC) Post-2025 Strategic Plan, the Chair of the ASEAN Connectivity Coordinating Committee (ACCC), and the Chair of ASEAN Senior Officials Responsible for Information (SOMRI), to strengthen cross-pillar collaboration and ensure the coherent and effective implementation of the ASEAN Community Vision 2045.
