On the morning of 12 February 2025, His Excellency Dr. KHY Sovanratana, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, held a meeting with Ms. Bridget Collier, Deputy Head of Mission at the Australian Embassy in Phnom Penh,  to discuss a possibility of the training session and lecture on diplomatic tradecraft, economic, and trade literacy, which will be delivered by Ms. Robyn Mudie, First Assistant Secretary of the Southeast Asia Regional and Mainland Division, Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Australia, during her visit to Cambodia on 18-19 March 2025.

In that meeting, H.E. Secretary of State Khy Sovanratana and Ms Bridget Collier emphasized the important of the strong and enduring bilateral partnership between Cambodia and Australia, particularly in the field of Cambodian human resource development and diplomatic academies.
