From 17–19 March 2025, H.E. KUNG Phoak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, ASEAN SOM Leader, and Cambodia’s Eminent Person for the High-Level Task Force on ASEAN Community’s Post-2025 Vision, led the delegation to attend the 22nd HLTF-ACV Meeting in Penang, Malaysia. The Meeting finalized key documents for the ASEAN Community Vision 2045, which are scheduled to be adopted at the upcoming 46th ASEAN Summit in Malaysia.

The HLTF-ACV also engaged in productive interfaces with the High-Level Task Force on ASEAN Economic Integration (HLTF-EI), the Ad Hoc Working Group on the Development of the ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community (ASCC) Post-2025 Strategic Plan, and the ASEAN Connectivity Coordinating Committee (ACCC), to ensure coherence and synergy across all pillars and ASEAN Connectivity for ASEAN Community Vision 2045.
