On the morning of 28 March 2025, H.E. Dr. Khy Sovanratana, Secretary of State, with the participation of H.E. Mr. Cheuy Vichet, President of the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR), presided over the Closing Ceremony of the Orientation-Training Course for the 50 contractual officials, who were recently recruited for 2025 by the Ministry.

In this ceremony, His Excellency the Secretary of State congratulated to all participants, and commended them for joining the training, and achieving satisfactory results. He also advised all the contractual officials to put the knowledge and expertise acquired into practice in their respective roles and strictly adhere to the Ministry’s professional ethics and regulations.
