On the morning of 27 May 2025, His Excellency KHUON Phon Rattanak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, had a meeting with His Excellency Remco van Wijngaarden, Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Cambodia, with residence in Bangkok, at the Ministry.

During the meeting, both sides emphasized the increasing trend of bilateral trade between Cambodia and the Netherlands and the number of Dutch tourists visiting Cambodia, which showcased excellent and growing cooperation between the two countries. Both sides also shared views on regional and international issues of common interest and concern.
