On the morning of 2 June 2025, His Excellency KHUON Phon Rattanak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, had a meeting with Mr. Claude Jentgen, Coordinator for Bilateral Affairs, Directorate for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Affairs, Luxembourg.

During the meeting, His Excellency KHUON Phon Rattanak and Mr. Claude Jentgen exchanged views on avenues to further strengthen bilateral relations, with particular emphasis on enhancing development cooperation, expanding trade cooperation, and promoting high-level exchanges between the two sides. Both sides also touched on some global issues of common interest and concern.
