In the morning of 08 August 2021, H.E. Ambassador Hok Sophea, together with diplomats of ASEAN Member States and other ambassadors of dialogue partners of ASEAN, attended the flag raising ceremony to mark the 54th Anniversary of the establishment of ASEAN (8 August 1967-8 August 2021) at the International Convention Centre. This ceremony was presided over by Her Excellency Emaleen Rahman Teo, ASEAN SOM Leader of Brunei.
