On August 26, 2021, His Excellency Ung Rachana, Ambassador of Cambodia to Japan, held an online meeting with His Excellency Yi Veasna, Secretary General of the National Paralympic Committee of Cambodia (From Phnom Penh), Coach Yi Pheaktra and Mr. Van Von, an athlete who participated in the Paralympic Games in Tokyo. Mr. Van Von competed in a subject of 100 metres-T54 level-wheel racing on September 1^st.
