In the night of 23 September 2021, His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, virtually participated in the ASEAN-U.S. Foreign Ministers’ Meeting on the sidelines of the 76th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), which was held in hybrid format.
