In the afternoon of 29 September 2021, H.E. LUY David, Secretary of State and the Head of the 13th ASEM Summit (ASEM13) Secretariat, chaired a Briefing Session on the preparation for ASEM13 to all embassies and relevant institutions of the ASEM Partners accredited to the Kingdom of Cambodia via videoconference. During the briefing session, some crucial information ranging from general information on the programme, agenda, and side events to technical and media arrangements were substantively presented.
