In the morning of 22 October 2021,at 10:30, His Excellency Dr. CHEM Widhya, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, has received His Excellency Jacques PELLET, Ambassador Designate of French Republic to the Kingdom of Cambodia, on courtesy working meeting at the Ministry. Mr. Fabrice ÉTIENNE, Counsellor of the Embassy, was also present. The discussions were held in a most cordial atmosphere.
